Well, Here Is my Keyboard, The Yamaha PSR3000. Its main functions are to give you an easy Insight to the outside world within the home. It makes you feel proud, with the many various synth sounds that are sampled into the workstation keyboard, also note that these sounds can be edited to your precise liking, with the keyboard you have 8 banks of what is called ''Registration Memory'' where If you make various different sounds and edit the parameters of the DSP, you can then store these sounds for later recall, also I think that the keyboard hasa reasonable sound, with a 24 wat system built in with 2X 8 Watt Speakers and 2X 4 Watt Tweaters, You can really get a phenominal sound with whatever you do as a project, this keyboard can also conect to the Interet which is good for downloading a lot of songs on to the smartmedia card which wouldn't be included in the main keyboard package, But you can get hold of a smartmedia card for a relitavely low price from about £30.00 Uk pounds or less at your local Retailer, with 128MB of Memory on the Smartmedia Card (Maximum, 8MB Minimum) you can store approx 8,000 Songs or approx 15,000 Registation Memories of a small size, ordipending on what you have saved in the actuall .Reg File, the sounds of the actuall keyboard are fabulous, the presets as has been mentioned can be edited in the sound creator, you can add DSP's such as Reverb,Touch Wah-Wah, Cross Delay 2 Tap Delay, Harmonies, or make the Instrument sound like something completly different which Is absolutely brilliant, you have 800+ Voices that yo can edit which is not really limitless because you can make say for example a saw lead sound like a Techno Synth Lead or Maybee a Dance Synth Lead, which leads you to production, everything more or less on the Workstation can be edited and Saved, If you plug in a Micrphone, you have vocal harmony which makes you sound as though you are which a Choir, and/or are with backing singers, which makes you sound professional and rather enlightens your performance everytime!
